This guide is for setting up an account manually:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
Step 2: Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
Step 3: Enter your name, email address, password, and a description of your account.
Step 4: Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish setting up your account. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to complete the account setup process.
Step 5: In case not, select IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren’t sure which one to choose, contact us at https://my.crystalhost.co.ke/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1
Step 6: Enter the information below for Incoming Mail Server:
Hostname Mail.domainname or Server IP
Username Full email address
Password Email password
and Outgoing Mail Server.
Hostname Mail.domainname or Server IP
Username Full email address
Password Email password
Step 7: Then tap Next.
Step 8: Tap Save to finish.
