Network engineers performed a sheduled maintenance on the core network infrastructure in our ns1.crystalhost.co.ke and ns2.crystalhost.co.ke data center facility on April 3rd, 2020, at 7 AM EAT.
The maintenance window successfully closed on April 4th, 2020, at 2 AM EAT. There was unexpected delays due to logistical issues with the different parties involved.
